Refund policy

We offer a 2 day exchange window from the date of delivery. Requests raised after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Customers must share the order number, clear product images, and the exact reason for the exchange request. Exchange requests without proper details will not be processed.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are strictly limited to the following cases only:

  1. Wrong size received compared to the size ordered

  2. Product received in damaged or defective condition

We do not guarantee approval of all exchange requests. Each request is subject to verification and approval from our team.

Product Condition Requirements

To qualify for exchange, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • Free from perfume, deodorant, stains, makeup marks, or body odor

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • Product must be in resellable condition

Products that fail quality inspection will be rejected and sent back to the customer.

For damaged or defective item claims, a clear unboxing video showing the issue is required. Claims without proper video proof may be rejected.

Exchange Process

Once an exchange request is approved, we will attempt to arrange a pickup through our courier partners. Pickup service is not guaranteed in all locations.

If pickup service is unavailable, the customer must send the product to the address below:

We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking. We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit when sent by the customer.

Replacement products will be dispatched only after the returned item is received and passes our quality check. Processing may take 5 to 7 business days after successful inspection.

Non Exchangeable Situations

Exchange requests will not be accepted for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer after referring to the size chart

  • Minor color difference due to lighting or screen settings

  • Slight measurement variation up to 1 to 2 cm

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of keeping one

Exchange Limit

Only one exchange request is allowed per order. Multiple exchanges for the same order will not be permitted. No style exchange accepted in any case. 

No Return or Refund

We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed. We only provide exchange in approved cases as per the policy above.

Customers are advised to check the size chart carefully before placing an order. If unsure, they should contact us for size guidance before purchase. Exchange requests due to size selection issues may be declined if proper size guidance was not followed.
